We at "Big Bounce Party Supply Rental LLC" pride ourselves on providing affordable quality service. To keep our prices as low as possible we operate with a very small staff who are working EXTREMELY hard to make sure units are clean, operational, delivered and collected in a safe and timely manner. With all of the work we have to accomplished it is sometimes hard to answer every phone call and question in person, therefore we have constructed this " Need to Knows" page to minimize phone traffic and cover everything you will need to know in order to not only select the best equipment for your needs but, also understand how the process works, what equipment and services will be provided with your rental, what our policies are and what you could do to make your rental experience more smooth and enjoyable. Please limit phone calls to questions that are NOT covered on this page.

Our Service Area

Big Bounce Party Supply Rental LLC is an independently owned and operated corporation. We are located in Wichita KS and service not only Wichita KS but all the surrounding areas up to 60 miles out.

Equipment & Inflatable Units

All of our inflatables, delivery fees and any other equipment available for rent can be found on the "Booking Page" of our website. This is the page where the equipment is displayed with an all white background. If you don't see it on the "Booking Page" we don't have it. Photos of each units exteriorinterior can be viewed on on the "Gallery" page

Example 1

Each unit has a name, that will be displayed under the units image on the "Booking Page", please remember the name of the unit you book or keep a copy of the confirmation email that you will receive after booking handy, so that if you have questions about, or issues with your unit you can tell us which unit you have. Trying to describe the unit to staff WILL NOT be helpful. Also below the unit image you will find the units dimensions, a brief description of the unit, the price and a link to book that particular unit.

Booking & Availability

To book you will click the "Booking Link" shown in the illustration above. After clicking the link, a calendar will appear. Here you will select the date you would like to book your equipment on. If a time appears in the bottom left, on the date you select then that equipment is available for that date. PLEASE NOTE: All equipment will show 12:00pm as a start time, this however is NOT your delivery time. This is simply the LATEST time your rental may be delivered. Deliveries are made from 7am - 12pm. Your exact delivery time window will be provided the morning of delivery.

After selecting your date of delivery, you will be asked to enter your information. Please enter your FULL NAME, EMAIL, a working PHONE NUMBER, the ADDRESS we will be delivering the equipment to CITY, STATE, what surface we will be setting up on (Grass or Other), and if you will be using the units water feature if applicable. Failure to enter this information correctly may delay your delivery. PLEASE NOTE: Do NOT enter BOTH under (WET or DRY) please choose one.

After completing the requested information form, customers who do NOT wish to book additional equipment or are NOT required to pay a "Delivery Fee" can click the "Book Now" link to proceed to the "Check Out" section. Customers who would like to book additional equipment or are required to pay a "Delivery Fee" can select the "Add to Cart" link and navigate back to the "Booking Page" and book any additional equipment or "Delivery Fee" that may be required. After booking customer will receive a "Confirmation Email" to the email address provided during booking. This email is your confirmation and NO FURTHER ACTION IS NEEDED. Do NOT call to confirm, it is unnecessary and we will NOT provide over the phone confirmation. Please allow up to 24 hours for email to arrive.

Delivery & Delivery Fees

Deliveries are made on scheduled date from 7am-12pm and can run 30-45mins behind during holidays and busy times. Calling EXCESSIVLY will NOT help. Staff will give a curtesy call the evening before or morning of delivery to provide customers with a more accurate time window for delivery so, it would help for customers to have their phones on, charged and close by around these times. An approx. time for pick up will be given during delivery. Customers do NOT need to call to remind us to pick up the equipment we know it is there and will NOT forget it. For SAFETY reasons we ask all customers to keep children and pets clear of staff vehicles and set up area until equipment set up and or take down is complete. Once equipment is down, it will NOT be moved or rearranged. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: 12pm is NOT your delivery time. This is simply the cut off time for our staff to have all rentals delivered. Staff will still attempt to deliver to customers who do NOT answer the curtesy call. If customer does NOT answer the door or is NOT home to sign the "Liability Waiver" we will NOT wait, and being that fuel is NOT free, customer will be asked to pay the "Special Time Delivery Fee" before another delivery will be attempted. Our staff will set up and take down all equipment customers are FORBIDDEN from moving equipment. We will provide 1-50ft water hose for (Splash Units ONLY) and 1-100ft extention cord with every inflatable.

Delivery fees are booked in addition to the equipment being rented and are NOT required for all customers only certain customers in certain situationsCustomers will need to the "Delivery Fee" that is applicable to their needs. 

 

(FOR EXAMPLE) If customer is 25 miles outside of the Wichita area and having equipment delivered to a park. They would need to book the "Distance Delivery Fee" and the "Non-Residential Delivery Fee" in addition to the equipment.

Delivery Fees can still be booked even if you have already reserved your equipment. Delivery Fees are booked and paid the same as equipment and are located on the "Booking" page near the bottom in their our box. (Shown Below)

Special Time Delivery Fee

Customers needing equipment delivered before a certain time will need to book the "Special Time Delivery Fee" PLEASE NOTE: Equipment will be delivered before the time requested, customers will still receive a curtesy call on the day of delivery to be provided a time window for delivery. Booking the "Special Time Delivery Fee" will insure that the delivery time window will be before the time requested. Customers needing equipment picked up after or at a specific time will need to enter their desired pick up time on the Information form in the designated space (Shown Below) If no specific pick-up time is needed simply enter (N/A) in this space.

Same Day Delivery Fee

Customers booking for same day delivery, will need to book the "Same Day Delivery Fee". PLEASE NOTE: Customers booking "Last Minute" may have time cut short depending on how late in the day the booking is made.

Non-Residential Delivery Fee

Customers booking for delivery to a Non-Residential location such as a park and or public venue will need to book the "Non-Residential Delivery Fee" PLEASE NOTE: Non-Residential booking customers may need to check with the park or venue ahead of time to be made aware of all park rules and regulations on inflatable set up.

Distance Delivery Fee

Customers 20+ miles outside of the Wichita KS area will need to book the "Distance Delivery Fee" PLEASE NOTE: To check your distance you can simply GPS your delivery address from Wichita KS (No particular address) if that distance is 20 miles or greater you will need to book the "Distance Delivery Fee".

Long Distance Delivery Fee

Customers 40+ miles outside of the Wichita KS area will need to book the "Long Distance Delivery Fee" PLEASE NOTE: To check your distance you will simply GPS your delivery address from Wichita KS (No particular address) if that distance is 40 miles or greater you will need to book the "Long Distance Delivery Fee".

Liability Waiver

Every customer will be asked to sign a "Liability Waiver" before set up of the equipment will begin. Refusing to sign the "Liability Waiver" will result in your booking being canceled and NO REFUND being issued. The "Liability Waiver" can ONLY be signed by a responsible party 21 years or older. Due to our Delivery Teams need to move quickly, we encourage all customers to read the "Liability Waiver" ahead of time. We have attached a copy of the "Liability Waiver" below. Please be mindful of the other customers, and read the waiver before our staff arrives to avoid slowing down the route.

Equipment Pick-Up

Equipment pick up will begin at 7:30pm and run until all equipment is collected. Customers will be given an approx. pick-up time during delivery and DO NOT need to call and remind staff to pick-up. As long as all equipment, attachments and cords are accessible to staff, we do NOT need customer present to preform equipment pick-up. For SAFETY reasons we ask all customers to keep children and pets clear of staff vehicles and set up area until equipment set up and or take down is complete.

What You Can Do To Prepare

Due to an EXTREMLY high rental volume our delivery team will need to preform all equipment set ups quickly and efficiently. To help with this, we ask that each customer do the following to prepare for their equipment delivery.

 

(1) Have a designated area large enough to accommodate ALL equipment rented.

      (Dimensions are displayed under equipment on the "Booking Page")

 

(2) Have a clear path to the designated set up area for staff to SAFELY move equipment in and out.

(3) Have ALL yard work done before we arrive. (We will NOT wait for customers to cut grass or trim trees)

(4) Have ALL pet waste removed from designated set up area.

     (Customer will be charged a "Cleaning Fee" for any pet waste found on or in equipment)

(5) Keep children and pets clear of staff vehicles and designated set up area, until equipment is set up or taken down.

Failure to meet these minimum requirements may result in the delay of your equipment delivery and additional fees.

Our Policies

Rescheduling: Customers are allowed one rescheduling per rental session. Rescheduling's MUST be made 24 hrs. prior to scheduled delivery date, and will be limited to equipment of equal or lesser value and based on availability.

Cancellations: All cancellations MUST be made 24hrs. prior to scheduled delivery date. Customers canceling will be issued a credit in the amount of their total purchases.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the form of credit ONLY.

Weather: Weather forecast can be viewed up to 7 days out, we highly suggest customers check weather reports prior to booking equipment. Majority of our units are PVC or Vinyl and WILL NOT be damaged by water. Units are NOT to be used and may become dangerous in high wind conditions. Booking cancellations made by Big Bounce Party Supply Rental LLC due to severe weather conditions will be rescheduled or  issued a credit. Rescheduling's are limited to equipment of equal or lesser value and based on availability.
